A:.  Boot camp workouts remain extremely popular because they provide a total-body workout that's varied, fun and challenging. Up to 600 calories can be burned during a boot camp session, which is obviously going to facilitate weight loss. But in addition to a great cardiovascular workout, muscles are strengthened through high- and low-intensity exercises such as pushups, squats and lunges. You don't typically experience significant muscle fitness benefits in other aerobic exercises.

A:Boot Camps sessions are from 6am-7am.

A: We understand that work travel is unavoidable and we will prorate your next camp to reflect days missed due to work travel.
A:Our workouts are designed for all fitness levels, so if you are just getting back into things or trying to get to the next level we have something for you.

Q: I have a bad back (or other chronic injury) can I still attend?
A: As long as you get the approval of a doctor you can attend, we have alternatives for all of our exercises for people with chronic injuries.
Q: Is there a free trial period?
A: We do not have a free trial period, however, we do have free trial days once every camp.  Contact us to get on our mailing list or find us on Facebook.

Q: What should I bring?
A: All you need to bring is a towel/mat and some water.  We provide all the equipment you will need for camp.

Q: What if it Rains?

A: We have an indoor location at a school in the Short North.  If it rains or it is too cold we can go inside.

Q: What if I want to join with a group of co-workers?

A: We do have group discounts for groups of 5 or more who want to join together, contact us for information.

Q: What if I have nutrition questions?

A: While we are not nutritionists we do have a good understanding of basic nutrition questions and can answer most of them for you.  If we can't we do have a nutritionist who works with us that can answer any questions we cannot.
