Prefit Camps are designed for all fitness levels.  We use a variety of workouts so that all fitness levels are challenged.  The camps run 6 weeks, 4 days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday) one hour each day (6am-7am).  There is "homework" given for a fifth day over the weekend.  The camp is a combination of cardio and strength training for total body fitness.  Through the use of kettle bells, medicine balls, power bands and body bars you will get in the best shape of your life.

“I definitely feel like I have had huge success throughout my boot camp experience.  I started out just thinking this will be a good workout and hopefully it will get me back in my pre-pregnancy clothes.  Well it not only is a great exhausting workout that kicks my butt session after session, but I have surpassed my goal of fitting into pre-pregnancy clothing and actually have had to get rid of a lot of pants because they fall off.  So bravo!
