“Your camps have really changed my life. When I began taking the classes I was overweight, felt unattractive to my husband, and barely had the energy to keep up with my two children. After a yet another trip to the doctor to treat yet another illness and now facing the possibility of having to take blood pressure medication as a 31 year old, I knew I needed to make a major change. Fortunately, while having coffee with my best friend I happened upon a flyer for the camp. Moments later she and I decided to join together. This turned out to be the change that I desperately needed. Six months later I am getting ready to start my third camp. I am 25 pounds lighter, happier, and now have more then enough energy to keep up with the rest of my family. There are so many benefits to exercise that I never knew existed. It is no longer just about weight loss to me, it is bigger then that, it has been a lifestyle change for both me and my family. “I definitely feel like I have had huge success throughout my boot camp experience. I started out just thinking this will be a good workout and hopefully it will get me back in my pre-pregnancy clothes. Well it not only is a great exhausting workout that kicks my butt session after session, but I have surpassed my goal of fitting into pre-pregnancy clothing and actually have had to get rid of a lot of pants because they fall off. So bravo!
I feel stronger, definitely faster in my running strides these days and thinner than I have been in years. So thank you thank you thank you!”
